Tremendous progress has been made on Jacob's Edge since our first open house in October. Despite unusually harsh winter conditions and the never-ending snow, ice, and more snow, construction is advancing on schedule.Even with all the building activity going on right now, the area is still very peaceful. Part of the reason why is that the units set well back from Granby Road. Beyond the treeline is the private entrance to Jacob's Brook Conservation Area.
Our Model Home is nearing completion and is available for showings anytime. Due to the conditions, you might want to bring along a pair of boots! Just stop by our construction office on-site and we'll give you a tour.
